• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (or COD order confirmation).

• Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka City: Estimated 1–2 business days after dispatch.

• Outside Dhaka: Estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

• Charges vary based on location and courier service rates.

6. Receiving Orders

If you miss the delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver again. If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, you may be required to pay an additional delivery fee for re-shipment.
