When you contact us via WhatsApp, we collect:

Important: We will only send you WhatsApp messages if you have first contacted us or have explicitly opted in to receive messages from us. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly.

WhatsApp Data Use Limitation: Any data obtained from WhatsApp interactions is used solely to support messaging with you and fulfil your orders. We do not use WhatsApp conversation data for advertising or any other purpose beyond direct customer support and order management.

Important (WhatsApp): Our WhatsApp automation is a business support bot — for order inquiries, product information, and customer service only. It is not an open-ended AI assistant. In compliance with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform policies (effective January 2026), our bot performs clearly defined business functions only.

We do not use your personal information to train AI models.

5. How We Share Your Information

5.1 Service Providers

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — for Facebook Messenger, Facebook Page, and WhatsApp Business Platform integrations. WhatsApp LLC acts as a data Processor for WhatsApp message data on our behalf, subject to the WhatsApp Business Data Processing Terms.
  • Google LLC — for AI processing via Gemini API
  • Qdrant Solutions GmbH — for product knowledge vector storage
  • Google Workspace — for order management via Google Sheets
  • Payment processors — for transaction processing
  • Delivery partners — for order fulfillment
  • Hosting providers (Hostinger) — for website and application hosting

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or valid government request, or to protect our legal rights.

5.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Facebook and WhatsApp Platform Compliance

When you interact with us via Facebook or WhatsApp:

  • We use Facebook’s official Graph API and Messenger Platform to receive and respond to your messages and comments
  • We use WhatsApp Business Platform (API) to receive and send WhatsApp messages
  • We comply with Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy

7. WhatsApp Opt-In and Opt-Out

We only message you on WhatsApp if:

  • You first initiated contact with us via WhatsApp, or
  • You explicitly opted in to receive messages from us

To opt out of WhatsApp messages from us, you may:

  • Reply “STOP” to any of our WhatsApp messages
  • Contact us directly via email or phone (see Section 14)
  • Block our number directly in WhatsApp

After opting out, we will only send messages strictly necessary to complete an existing order.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for the following periods:

  • Conversation history (Facebook/WhatsApp): Up to 30 days for customer service quality
  • Order information: As required by Bangladesh tax and business laws (typically 6 years)
  • Marketing data: Until you opt out or withdraw consent
  • Website analytics: Up to 26 months

After retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize your data.
